Personal data

According to the EU General Data Protection Policy (RGPD) personal data, it is defined as:
“Any information relating to an identified or identifiable person (“information holder”); an identifiablel person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological , genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that person”.

How do we use your information?

This privacy notice informs in a general way how FESTALUGA (FA) collects and uses your personal data, and whenever there is collection of them, we will inform you about the purpose and the treatment that will be given.

Why does the FA need to collect and store personal data?

In order for us to provide you with a certain service, we need to collect personal data for the sole purpose of providing that service. In any event, we are committed to ensuring that the information we collect and use is appropriate for that purpose and does not constitute an invasion of your privacy. With regard to being contacted for marketing purposes, FA will contact you to obtain additional consent should you have need and interest.


Personal data of Customers is processed because they are necessary for the execution of contracts and/or provision of services, for the fulfillment of obligations legally imposed on FA, for the pursuit of FA's legitimate interests or because they were the object of consent. The data identified as being mandatory is essential for the provision of service by FA. The omission or inaccuracy of these data or other information provided by the Client is its sole responsibility.


Personal data provided by the Customer or generated by the use of services will be processed and stored by computer, intended to be used by FA for: customer management and service provision, accounting, tax and administrative management, litigation management, fraud detection, revenue protection and auditing, network and systems management, information security and physical security control, operator management and compliance with legal obligations.

Will FA share your personal data with anyone?

We may send your personal data to service providers contracted by FA with the scope of the contract entered into with you.


Any third party with whom we may share your data is obliged to keep it securely and to use it only to perform the service on our behalf, and it will be destroyed upon completion of that service and in accordance with FA procedures .

How will FA use the personal data it collects?

FA will process (collect, store and use) information provided in a manner compatible with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) of the EU.

We will keep your information accurate and up-to-date for as long as strictly necessary.

FA is required to withhold information under the law, such as information necessary for tax and auditing purposes. The length of time for which certain types of personal data must be retained may also be determined by specific business sector requirements and agreed practices. Personal data may be retained beyond these periods depending on individual business needs.

Which rights does the Client have?
The Customer is guaranteed the right to access, rectify, oppose, erase, limit and portability of their personal data. The exercise of rights can be requested through the number 213970669 or by written request sent to Avenida Infante Santo 361 A/B 1350-181 Lisbon, or to the email address

Without loss of the possibility of complaining to FA, the customer may file a complaint directly with the supervisory authority, the National Data Protection Commission.


Under what circumstances will FA Contact the Customer?

Our aim is not to be intrusive, and we are committed to not ask irrelevant or unnecessary questions. In addition, the information provided will be subject to strict measures and procedures to minimize the risk of unauthorized access or disclosure.

How can the Customer know which personal data does the organization hold about him?
Upon your request, FA can confirm what information we have and how it is processed.
